Services Provided to the Guests of the Two Holy Mosques:

Reception and Crowd Management

Receiving pilgrims at entry points (Jeddah and Madinah) and organizing their transfer to their accommodations in Makkah and the Holy Sites.

Accommodation and Follow-up

Providing equipped and classified accommodations in Makkah, with continuous monitoring to ensure pilgrims’ comfort and meet their needs throughout their stay.

Transportation and Field Supervision:

Organizing pilgrims’ transportation to and from Makkah and the Holy Sites, including ascension to Mina and Arafat and departure to Muzdalifah, in addition to coordinating their departure after performing the rituals.

Holy Mosque Services:

Organizing pilgrims’ access to the Holy Mosque in Makkah to perform the Arrival and Farewell Tawaf, according to specific and organized schedules.

Accommodation in the Holy Sites:

Providing facilities and services in pilgrims’ camps in Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah according to the quantitative and qualitative classification approved by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the pilgrims.

Stoning and Jamarat Plan:

Organizing pilgrims’ movement during the stoning of the Jamarat on the Days of Tashreeq, from departure from Muzdalifah until the completion of the rituals, under comprehensive field supervision.

Catering Services:

Providing meals in Makkah and the Holy Sites, with careful monitoring of food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and nutritional standards.

Health and Guidance Services:

Providing primary medical support and awareness and guidance services, including assistance for lost pilgrims in multiple languages.

Departure Coordination:

Monitoring pilgrims’ departure from Makkah and providing official farewell services at departure points.
