Mashariq Company is considered an extension of the Company of Mutawwifs of Pilgrims of Southeast Asian Countries and the Institution of Mutawwifs of Pilgrims of Southeast Asian Countries.

Thus, all categories of pilgrims arriving from abroad were placed within institutions, except for the Mutawwifs of pilgrims from the Arab League countries and the Guide Institutions.
